What areas do you cover?

We're based in London and are happy to travel up to 30mins outside the M25 at no extra cost. If you live further out please still get in touch as we may still be able to work something out.

What ages do you cater for?

Pop Up Arcade is completely customisable and ideal for anyone from age 6 to 100.

Where can you host a Pop Up Arcade?

Pop Up Arcade can be set up almost anywhere, living rooms, garages, halls. All we need is a little bit of space and access to a power point, we take care of everything else.

Do I need to do anything during the party?

Our Arcade Hosts will are there to run everything for you so sit back and relax or pick up a controller, it's completely up to you.

How long does it take to set up?

It depending on the size of your event and the number of guests but a typical set up is not more 30min with smaller events setting up in as little as 15min

What about games with 16 and 18 age restrictions?

We will only use games that you feel are appropriate for your guests and we’ll happily provide you with a full list of the titles we plan to use during the event.

How does it work?

We’ll arrive at least 30min before the event and be all set up and ready to go well before your guests arrive. Our friendly arcade hosts will run the event for you and makes sure everyone gets the most out of the Pop Up Arcade experience.

Can we have food and drink near the equipment?

No problem at all, we only ask that drinks not be served in plastic cups, they tend to get knocked over in all the excitement! Juice boxes work really well for younger guests.

Copyrights and Licenses?

We have seen some bad actors face legal issues over the last 18 months that have disrupted their events, we just want to reassure our customers that have all the necessary licenses and permissions for the games and equipment we offer. We fully respect and follow all relevant UK copyright law.
